All Hunter Douglas window fashion products are covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty and include:
- Hunter Douglas shades and blinds products are covered for defects in materials, workmanship, or failure to operate for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the products.
- All internal mechanisms.
- Components and brackets.
- Fabric
- Operational cords for a full 7 years from the date of purchase.
- Repairs and/or replacements will be made with like or similar parts or products.
- Hunter Douglas motorization components are covered for 5 years from the date of purchase.
2x – MyShades 100% Installation Guarantee
If MyShades installs your window coverings, and if anything (and we do mean anything) breaks or goes wrong with your blinds and shades within the first 180 days, we’ll come out and fix or replace your blinds and shades at our cost and at no extra charge to you… guaranteed!
3x – Exclusive 6-Year Motor Warranty
We believe your investment in automation should be protected longer. While the standard manufacturer warranty on motors is 5 years, we stand behind our products for an extra year.
- Extended Coverage: We extend the warranty on all Hunter Douglas motors from 5 years to 6 years.
- Zero Gap: If a motor issue arises in that 6th year, we handle the repair or replacement at no cost to you.
